It's quite difficult and unproductive to try and fit every student into the same method. Younger students, beginning and intermediate, progress often has to follow a school dictated path. In this role I was teaching in large group and one on one settings. In 2010 I was also hired to teach lessons for Boone County HS, another of the many NKY schools.
