I still have that student and many more now and have a very high retention rate and am an upbeat, positive teacher that students enjoy coming back to. However, I typically use Faber's Piano Adventures for kids and Alfred's Adult All in One lesson books for adults. I also teach theory with scales and technique with Fingerpower, Czerny, and Hanon.
