I thoroughly enjoy seeing students progress, and the main ingredient in progression is practice! I try to make sessions memorable and keep the content engaging so that students can carry that with them throughout the week. I find if students aren't engaged in what the current task is, they will find it difficult to move forward and progress through their learning process. Progression is my primary goal for each student. When my students grow, I grow. It is imperitive that each student remembers that growth is an individualized thing. I first encourage my students to set goals. Knowing what my student has an interest in doing/becoming will help me understand better how to pace the lessons.
