I taught kindergarden and elementary school in Sacred Heart Academy from 2002 - 2004 in a classroom setting. My teaching experience dates back to my college days, as I began teaching adults part time as a student at an eastcoast mainland conservatory of music. In 2000, I moved to Louisiana where I was on the staff of a Music School as a part time cello instructor. I enjoyed teaching high school students, and helped students organize their busy schedules by encouraging them to schedule regular practice sessions and assisting them to keep a written journal of lesson assignments and key learning points and accomplishments made from week to week.
