In 1986, I graduated from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music with a Bachelors of Music degree in cello performance. I have played professionally as a gigging cellist in chamber music ensembles and orchestras for many years. I have been teaching guitar almost for as long as I've been playing. I'm a self-taught musician from the age of 15; at 16 I was helping my close friends learn; and by 17 I was already taking on students. Since then, I've had over a decade of experience and dozens of students who I've helped usher in to the wonderful world of music. Clarks "Technical Studies," Max Schlossberg's "Daily Drills and Technical Studies" and a variety of solo and duet books.
