As students progress, their plans are updated to reflect their growth as a musician. I like to involve students directly in the goal planning process and keep them regularly updated about where they are on meeting their goals. I was also a member of a band (Diojee) for 12 years starting in 2003, where i learned how to play the bass, an experience I wouldn't trade in for anything.
