I continued at Boyer College of Music under the tutelage of an internationally acclaimed jazz singer Joanna Pascale. After moving to Los Angeles, I began a mentorship with Tamara Beatty, who has been a vocal coach on The Voice for 10+ years. This occurred rather organically by having conversations with people in which they expressed interest in either learning a new instrument, or expanding on their preexisting skills. Though I do have a formal music education, I did start off self-taught, learning songs from my favorite bands and artists.
