I perform approximately 50 gigs per month on piano and flute as a soloist or duo with my husband (who is a teacher and performer on classical guitar, also in the Musika family). I have enjoyed classical music since childhood and would be in awe of anyone with musical ability. Students who study with me drive their own education by making choices. You can choose Suzuki or traditional flute lessons. I encourage positive self-assessments and self talk, and strongly believe that progress is based on collaborative efforts of the student and teacher. I have been a part of the Hazleton Liberty Band (which has roots tracing back to the Civil War) and church groups since high school.
