I have been teaching Prek- 8th Grade general music, choir, drama and instrumental lessons for the past 5 years. I am a 2009 graduate of Rutgers University with a BA in Music and a 2011 graduate of Teachers College, Columbia University with an MA in Music Education. I continued this path teaching classical flute and jazz improvisation to anyone who would listen to me! In college, I worked with the saxophone players in the jazz department helping them develop their flute sound as a doubles instrument. Students who study with me drive their own education by making choices. You can choose Suzuki or traditional flute lessons.
