I am an incredibly passionate percussionist and composer in the Denver area. I have several years of experience in both concert and marching percussion, playing in the LMEA All State Band in high school and marching at the Louisiana Stars Drum and Bugle Corps in 2019 and 2022. In general, I focus on five distinct areas of learning: technique, theoretical understanding, reading, intuitive playing/learning by ear, and performance. I like to keep each lesson fluid and organized, by maintaining structure within segments of study. There is so much I love about drumming that I want to share, and the focused, eager, and attentive students receive the full benefit of my teaching style.
