Oneof my most memorable students was a trumpet player that wanted to learn drums just so he couldhelp his drummerswing better, his drummer didn't want to take lessons. We were able to work out a personalized lesson plan that enabled him to gain abasic understanding of drums. He was able tohelp his drummer and the whole band swing harder. I have been studying drums for well over 17 years! I love playing, learning, and teaching drums. It's all I ever think about. I began studying Jazz drumming throughout high school, and have performed, toured, and recorded with many bands since. I have become locally acclaimed with my affiliation for local Utah music festivals such as Desert Rocks Music Festival, Powellpalooza, Uncle Uncanny's Summer Sessions, and Psych Lake City.
