Music is definitely my passion, and I love taking any opportunities I get to help spread my love for music to others. So far, I have two degrees in music: my Bachelor's from the University of Indianapolis in Percussion Performance (with concentrations in composition and recording) and my Master's from the University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory of Music in composition. Zac J. is a percussion performer, teacher, and arranger. Zac has received a bachelors degree in music education and a masters degree in music performance from Miami University with a focus in percussion. Zac has performed and studied with and learned from several artists such as Dr. William Albin, Pat Schleker, Dr. Christopher Tanner, and Michael LaMattina. For beginning students who are children, I typically like to start with rudiments and technique studies. Once the student has progressed to have a grasp of the fundamentals, I will introduce the Moeller method. Later will move to the drumset and apply all 3 methods and became to develop what I like to call he groove and bass excises and different warm ups.
