I have been playing drums for over 13 years, and have been in numerous projects in a range of genres in recent years, even including some contributions to a film score. Growing up in a family of musicians and teachers, a love for music and music education is baked into my heart. Once you master the basics, then we can move on the solo repertoire, or start to develop each musicians individual style. I want the lessons to be both fun and engaging. Teaching is all about relating it to the student. Making sure the student is engaged. I adapt to the student and teach them what they want to learn. I'm always here to help and guide the student to what they should know or how they should be playing, but it's ultimately up to them how they're accomplishing everything.
