I started teaching in minneapolis Schmitt music through my undergrad with total beginners for 3 years which taught me a lot and then more during masters. Taught all ages at eastman community school when studying at Eastman and was a Studio teaching assistant for Steven Doanes studio and taught first years undergrad students in group technique classes and one on one repertoire lessons. Faculty eastman community music school teacher for two years and taught group lessons and one on one of mostly adult players and some university of Rochester science students that wanted to keep going with music as a hobby. Before I entered college, I was the co-founder and former director of the Wilton and Congers Roots of Music Camps, where I led a team that provided free music instruction to young instrumentalists for three years.
