I am a Venezuela singer/songwriter, cellist, guitarist, producer and music educator. I moved to the United States at the end of 2011. I started my college studies at Miami Dade College in the Fall of 2012, and obtained my A.A Degree in May of 2014. After that, I transferred to Berklee College of Music in 2014 and finished in the Summer of 2016 with Summa Cum Laude honors. For beginning students in any genre, I begin with learning songs. Classical, jazz, bluegrass, and rock are more easily understood when you spend time playing the music with someone else. Repertoire is chosen with the understanding that fundamentals are key to life long participation and students find positive success when they are able to then share a completed work with their friends and family (think holiday get-togethers!)
