I use the Suzuki method with all students, however, supplemental material is also used as the student ages and moves through the repertoire. As the student begins to explore their instrument and experiment with different styles, techniques, and repertoire I help guide the student along their musical journey and teach the student the necessary skills to successfully perform/play the piece. Once the student has progressed to have a grasp of the fundamentals, I will begin to introduce a solo repertoire or other music pieces appropriate to the student’s interest.
