I like to have my students progress to a point where they feel comfortable picking a song of their choice, transcribing it as accurately as possible, and playing it. For advanced students: there is no set structure for advanced students, as their requests and sets of strengths and weaknesses are so individually specific that I have to create a specific lesson plan for each student. My methods change for each student, depending on ability and interest. For the most part I start with warm up exercises to get your fingers moving properly, then have a balance of going through instruction books and jamming and/or improvising in different styles, and slowly progress you and help with techniques to make you sound as clean as possible. I will help you be able to play whatever genre, or songs you like. Read More

My teaching method varies depending on their age. From 4 years to 8 years i use an advance learning method, which consists of developing reading and playing based on color coding music notes. The first characteristic called Theory consists of the learning everything concerning music theory and the instrument. Read More

My main philosophy is that every student is different and should be treated accordingly. The methods I use are specifically tailored to each student and can be methods that I have learned or developed myself. I start students off by asking them collect ideas about their instrument and the music they enjoy. From that point, I begin to simultaneously teach technique and musicianship in relation to their expressed interests. The key to my teaching method is that I ask difficult questions and then I give the student time to think and develop an answer. Read More
