 Drawing upon my education and experiences as both performer and teacher, I strive to relate my musical background to my students' learning experiences and progress. As each student comes with his or her individual musical wants and interests, student lessons are designed to meet these needs of a particular student. While working on a degree in Psychology at Grand Valley State University in Michigan, I also studied music theory and other musical topics.
