In college, I gave voice lessons to fellow students regularly and lead many rehearsals and after school music camps for elementary and middle school aged students. While student teaching, I had the opportunity to lead 5 different choirs, lead 8 different levels of music education and give after school tutoring to students. Teaching for two years at the university level gave me a chance to develop a curriculum and method which is adaptable to students of all experience levels. Voice- Depending on how long the lesson is we work on vocal warmups then work on a song. In a 30 min lesson we do vocal warmups for 10 minutes then work on a song fir 20 minutes.Learning the proper vocal technique.
