I also am a strong believer in technique. All of my vocal students will be working on breathing technique. When you are a vocalist, your body is your instrument, and you must know how to produce sound correctly and healthily in order to be as successful as possible. As for pianists, my teaching ability is for beginner and intermediate students only. I encourage students to focus on what things feel like, and describe them, so that we can focus on what is working well! I received my Bachelor of Music in Choral Music Education in 2020, but have been performing since I was 11 years old. I am now a choir director in the Downriver area. I have experience with all populations and ages, allowing me to share the gift of music with anyone and everyone! I taught elementary school for a full year and now work with middle school aged students.
