When we work from a whole-body perspective, we are more grounded, we are better able to identify pitch and stay on pitch, our breath flows better, and the act of singing becomes enjoyable and easy. All of my voice and piano students learn basic theory under my tutelage through the Keith Snell piano theory series. When I teach my students, I typically begin them on classical training.
