The main reason that I keep track of my student's growth, musical ability, learning speed, and musical history, is because every student is uniquely different when they are in the lessons. Some students are better with being pushed at a quicker pace, and others need more time to learn things. I have been the Organist and Choir director of two churches and I have been fortunate to sing and work under the direction of Leonard Bernstein, Eugene Ormandy, and many other great conductors.
