I am a passionate, hard-working singer and instructor who loves to encourage and motivate beginning and intermediate singers to become more confident in their study of music. In 2019, I graduated from Indiana University's Jacobs School of Music with my Masters in Early Music Voice, where I engaged in intense performance study of baroque and renaissance music along with many other styles. My performances and recordings have a particular focus on early seventeenth-century English and Italian vocal repertoire, which gives me the unique opportunity to allow historical research to inform my performances of the repertoire. My methodology follows a template: I will first establish a firm grasp on the fundamentals before moving my emphasis towards precise intonation and rhythm. Once fundamentals are in place we can explore repertoire together so that the student is truly learning music they love and enjoy. Read More

I specialize in classical voice instruction, but have found the technique is very adaptable to a variety of repertoire. Read More

I treat my pursuit of music seriously, and encourage my students to do the same. I hope all students set goals, both within the lesson and during their weekly practice. I will always acknowledge students' progress, and will continue to push students to grow and develop. Read More
