I enjoy working one on one, but need students to pay attention in lessons and practice as needed to advance and move forward. I will always work with students on an individualized learning plan but when learning any new skill, it is important to "do your homework". I started teaching private lessons when I was in high school and continued throughout my time in college and beyond. I have taught beginners of all ages as well as more advanced students, and have led group classes. I bring all my love for music to the lesson, and practice empathy and kindness with my students. I am a teacher dedicated to sharing my love and knowledge of music and the violin. In May 2014, I graduated from the Baldwin Wallace conservatory of Music with a Bachelor of Music degree in Violin Performance. Since graduation, I have performed with multiple orchestras such as the Springfield Symphony Orchestra (Ohio), Richmond Symphony Orchestra (Indiana), the Kentucky Symphony Orchestra, the Ohio Valley Symphony, and the Middletown Symphony (Ohio). I started growing my studio when I was in school, about 7 years ago, I was teaching at soundboard music in Stow, Ohio.
