I typically use Sound Innovations for Strings for beginning students, and start supplementing with different repertoire as we get further into lessons. I play both the violin and viola, having the violin as my primary instrument. I have extensive experience in classical (art music), folk, opera, spiritual and new age styles. Instrumental lessons usually follow the method book that is selected by their school band director.
