Whenever I give lessons, I set a teaching plan based on individual circumstances. I use the same materials the student uses in their school. I add material as I see fit as we go along, I have found it is more effective than trying to fit everybody into the same box. My teaching experience dates back to my college days, as I began teaching private lessons part time and have been teaching since. Today I am a music teacher at David Posnack Jewish Day School and the drum instructor at Piper High School. Since becoming the drum instructor at Piper High School we have received superior ratings four years in a row.
