The theory lessons provide a means to drill on the essentials by means of a work-book style in optional detached pages so that the teacher can take the papers and correct them before the next lesson. I am, and also been active with the Girard Community Swing, Dixie, and Concert Bands (2001 to Present); Girard High School Marching, Concert and Pep Bands (1981-1986); Heidelberg University Concert, Marching and Pep Bands (1986-1991); Warren Junior Military Band (1982-1985). We all start lessons at a different age, have different strengths, weaknesses, likes and dislikes! I welcome my students to share what they love...and hate... so I can tailor our time together to fit their specific learning styles.
