My style is open minded. I first try to know the students' goals and prepare a course of action accordingly. Then I try to know how much the students already knows and how much talent they have. That allows me to determine how fast I may go with them or how much I must drill and develop a particular skill before going on. I am a certified orchestra adjudicator for the Florida Orchestra Association and has adjudicated orchestra festivals throughout the state of Florida including serving as the conductor for the Broward All County Silver Honors Orchestra in 2018.
