I am a graduate of the Boston z conservatory with a degree in both violin and piano. I have oergormed at thr White House numerous times and in additionition have performed at Carnegie Hall, Kennedy Center, Paris, London, Wales, Rome,Moscow, St. Petersburg, the Vatican for the Pope amongst many other places. I like to use relevant recordings to play along with as well as simply recording the student and playing it back during the lesson. As students progress, I ensure that they develop a repertoire that consists of at least 3 songs.
