I do my best to tailor my style to each students specific needs and goals. In general, I am a very laidback and patient teacher. My students recieve clear and achievable goals at the end of each of their lessons to work on while they are practicing during the week. I have been a member of the esteemed USAL and Arizona State University chorus and continue to volunteer for the Phoenix symphony and Arizona Opera. Love to perform solo as well as with my students or the local retirement communities, private venues, and am a member of Phoenix piano club. Not only do I teach how to play the keyboard, but focus on the understanding of the music being played because that truly is the key (no pun intended) to successful learning.
