I'm currently wrting a percussion book for kids.I'm a devoted musician who loves to teach, taking pride in all of the personal relationships I've garnished from my fruitful career! It all began when I started playing drums at a young age in my father's music store here in Virginia. Since then, I've traveled the country gigging, touring, and recording with bands such as, "Blue Meridian", and "Vishuda". Since I began studying at a young age, I have a special love and passion for helping my students with the piano. I teach Classically trained Violin, viola, and piano. I am equally comfortable teaching very beginners as well as high school and adult students. I am very honest in my feedback. I like to stick to the former. I strongly believe that a good, strong foundation leads to fewer problems in the future and makes the process of music-making much more enjoyable. My main goal is to help raise individuals, who are critical thinkers, who are passionate about what they do, and who will take their love of music into the adulthood whether playing it professionally or as an amateur.
