This series tends to be inexpensive, touches on classical exerpts while teaching students proper techniques, and builds on concepts in a way that solidifies the information in a student's brain. Personally, I am more of a visual learner than I am an auditory learner, and that is reflected in my teaching style. I like using handouts when I teach guitar lessons, and I often refer back to them. My teaching experience goes back to as soon as I finished high school. In my time at TJC I was a section leader tasked with leading rehearsals and lessons for the saxophone section. At this time I also taught as a marching band technician during the summer time for schools preparing to go to marching contests. At point I was also a substitute teacher for TISD.
