I have many books, and I recommend certain books based on what the student wants to learn. Once they master the fundamentals, I would introduce them to solos and charts for performance practice. I am young and have just recently graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, majoring in Music Business/Management and minoring in Trumpet Performance. I have performed in a wide variety of genres throughout my career including; classical, jazz, funk, blues, rock, RB, hip-hop, rap, pop, edm, electronic.... I love it all! My teaching style is a little eclectic. I like explaining everything I do because students should know why they're doing certain things. I work with each student to figure out why they're taking voice lessons and figure out accomplishments that they want to achieve.
