For beginning students who are children , I starts to prepare hand positions, also I invented the game ,like find the key , that is making process of reading the notes and find them on a key much easier and faster , also it’s good to exercise attention and multiple task. Once the students progressed to have a grasp of fundamentals I will begin to introduce solo repertoire appropriate for their first recital performance.For adults I’ll try to find out what the students is interested in , and guide my instruction accordingly to keep the lessons engaging and fun. I teaching methods vary, depending on the age and experience of the student. With elementary, novice students, I use some of the progressive series of lessons, such as Hal Leonard and Bastien. As every lesson changes from what I had planned, using my own teaching methods seem to work the best. In the first 2-3 years, I combine playing songs with learning theory.
