This is my first experience teaching guitar, but I've had plenty of experience (12+ years) with tutors, band directors, and fellow musicians to have a feel for what "works." I believe in approaching students with an individualized approach, tailoring methods and exercises for different pupils. I've had experience teaching outside of music through camp counseling and University of Alabama outreach programs.
