For 20+ years, I have been part of Cairo's diverse music scene, performing live with a variety of musical acts and teaching drums to students for 12+ years. I gave my first lesson as a high school graduate to a neighbor who wanted to learn drums and start a band. I work from a variety of drum books depending on the student and their goals as a player.
