Its interpretation and application is limited only by the student's or instructor's imagination. This book is such a great resource for assisting the student in learning basic reading skills. I encourage this by setting realistic goals for my students at each lesson and by teaching them the songs they love the most. If they want to focus on the music they play in school band, we will focus on orchestral and symphonic percussion.
