Although this has worked out, I find the Retail operation to be a bit restrictive, especially for adults with limited time. I encourage people to do their best as well as go at their own pace. I set goals, If they exceed those goals in a week or 2 months, It doesn't matter, as long as they are trying their best. My biggest goal is for the student to make beautiful music they like to make, and I believe that enjoying the music is the best way to make that happen.
