I am a vocal teacher who loves working with students of all ages as I have done having taught high school and middle school as well as voice classes at the college level. I graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Arts in 1974 and earned a teaching credential thereafter. I earned a Master of Arts from the University of Washington in Seattle in 1996. One year after graduating from KD Conservatory, I moved to the Philippines and started my own original band called Alchemy Band. We performed several times a week at local venues. Most of the band members were full-time college students and due to the overwhelming workload, some of the members could no longer keep up with performance demand. I was simultaneously performing with a well-known girl-group called SILK Party Band and eventually became a full-time member performing "Top 40" hits from the 70's to current, 6-7 times a week all over the Philippines.
