Once the student has progressed and appears to grasp the fundamentals, I will begin to introduce etudes and solo pieces. I have privately taught students from ages five to 56. Since I recently came out of college, I have about one year of experience teaching students part time. I also have experience teaching groups of elementary school students the violin. I encourage students to practice a certain number of hours every day according to his or her playing level.
