Hello! I am a Junior jazz trombone and music education student at the University of Michigan. I come from a musical family, both of my parents are musicians. Teaching is one of the most fulfilling things for me, especially with the thing I love most, music! Being from Michigan, I have lots of connections with local musicians and directors at schools, and of course at the University of Michigan. I began teaching music in high school, a friend coworker had a son that wanted to learn trumpet and it was a fun way to make money. As I continued into college, I learned that I was able to give lessons to members of the band or choir as an employee to the Adrian College Academic Services Department and I was happy to do so. I began piano lessons in the 2nd grade, and studied flute and guitar, and finally settled on playing French Horn in High School. I took lessons from a horn player in the Detroit Symphony. I majored in French horn and orchestral conducting at the Rubin Academy in Tel-Aviv, Israel, and completed my Undergraduate degree at the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
