I love seeing my students apply what they’ve learned in their lesson and become passionate about their music education. I am warm and friendly yet still firm and hands on in my approach to teaching so that students are able to enjoy lessons but still know that they are coming to lessons to learn something. I support the student with structuring lessons based off of the needs of the student as well as student/parent goals. Read More

Instruments: Piano Voice Music

I believe each singer is a unique individual, Therefore, the sound they make and the ideas they communicate are as unique as they are. My number one priority is to help a singer find "their special voice" through exercises that accommodate aural, and visual learning styles. These exercises lead to healthy singing and reduce tension, improve breath management, strengthen the voice, and increase range. I will also assist in my student's selection of a variety of appropriate arias and songs (including sacred, secular, and popular) for college / school auditions. Read More
