As the student learns the fundamentals I gradually add scales and exercises to further develop the student's technique. After further progress, I begin to introduce solo repertoire and add other pieces. With EVERY student, I implement the use of flashcards, games, videos, interactive experiences, and enjoyable homework assignments that will teach the student how to play the piano, read sheet music, understand music theory, and appreciate music as a whole.
