I was self-taught through middle and high school, and then studied the classical guitar at the College of William and Mary, where I graduated in 2010. I've played in a number of jazz and blues ensembles at both the College of William and Mary and Virginia Tech, as well as played in rock and folk bands in New York and Virginia. Instrumental lessons usually follow the method book that is selected by their school band director. Beyond that I have a large library of supplementary music to expand the students interest with new styles and composers.I'm very flexible with the method books and after I get to know the student I can select a method that would work the best for instruction.
