I work with my students to find small scale goals to work towards, and when they reach them, we find a new goal together. My first experience teaching began in 2014 when I began working marching band camps as the flute tech. I was responsible for helping the students learn marching fundamentals and drill for the show, in addition to running music related sectionals with the flute section daily.
