A Bachelor of Music obtained from Washburn University (Topeka, KS) and a Master of Music from Western Michigan University (Kalamazoo, MI). She is an advocate of the Alexander Technique and incorporates it into her lessons; she is working on becoming certified in the near future. For students of any level, it is useful to have a combination of repertoire that is more challenging, and pushes my students to see beyond their current skill level, as well as repertoire that allows them to enjoy the expression that is possible with their current skill level.
