I "taught" my way through music college at a busy studio in the Philadelphia area, and always had a waiting list - from novice, to intermediate and advanced, to adult students. My first experience teaching someone was when I was younger in my high school days, I was teaching my 7 year old nephew how to play ukulele which was an arduous task indeed. But through said trails and tribulations we managed to accomplish our goals together. Currently Im teaching guitar at the fine arts academy and I am teaching one student consistently while also substituting occasionally. One thing I have learned through teaching is that actually listening to music during practice is a big help and motivation which I like to include in sessions. Read More

Lifetime musician with 10 years of teaching experience. I studied music performance at the University of South Florida, where I focused on flute as my primary instrument. I have also studied piano, strings, voice for over 2 decades. I have learned under many great music instructors, various members of the Florida Orchestra and also a direct student of Dr. Suzuki himself. Aside from teaching experience, I have also performed in small chamber ensembles professionally for events such as weddings, charities, and live music nights at restaurant and am also involved in a few community volunteer ensembles.
