When I was 15 years old I began teaching to a few kids I knew from high school on guitar. I also began teaching my friend Max Kroll's little brother who was only in 3rd grade at the time. I continued teaching on and off for money and just for friends who wanted to learn throughout the last ten years. I believe like anything else teaching music lessons is about networking and keeping a positive reputation so students will refer me other students. Read More

In my previous teaching I have a very sound based approach. Everything will be easier and more fun if we can produce a good sound and tone out of the instrument. I have been teaching others music since I was in college. My love for music education comes from the great opportunities I had at a very young age to work with amazing conductors and music educators in New Jersey, as part of the All State and regional bands. Through numerous varied past experience teaching private lessons to all ages, at summer camps, group classes at an arts center, and student teaching, I am fully equipped for any situation. I thoroughly enjoy helping my students grow at their own pace while always making sure to challenge them and keep it fun! Read More

I was much more into it than they were but I thoroughly enjoyed sharing my experience and love for the instrument. We had a lot of fun and they all passed their proficiency test! Read More
