I began teaching the clarinet in 2016 at Highland Park High School in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. 7 of my 8 students in 2016 placed in the TMEA Region Band, and another 2 went on to the 5A TMEA All-State Symphonic Band. I have been invited to help coach over 20 bands in the Osaka area, many times helping them reach gold medals at competitions such as the All-Japan Band Competition.
