I received my Master’s degree from the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University, studying with former LA Philharmonic Principal cellist Peter Stumpf, and my bachelor’s degree at Temple University, studying with cellist Jeffrey Solow. I usually begin by working through the Suzuki method books, and then from there try to branch out into other material depending on the student's skill. I'm always open to trying different songs and even encourage my students to find songs that they want to play. I graduated from Elizabethtown College with a Bachelors of Music in Music Education, with a concentration in violin. I am currently pursuing my Masters in Orchestral Conducting at Messiah College.
